Business stationery
Commercial printed matter usually enhances the overall graphic appearance, inspired from the design of the corporate image, which comprises the company logo and company signs. This leads to the whole range of printed products such as business cards, headed letter paper, printed envelopes and a series of other useful products. Business stationery is the first contact with customers or partners, it makes a company identifiable and helps to place it on the business map in the particular area of
business.
Business cards
There are many, who think, that the only necessary business stationery is a business card.
This may not be true, but most often it is the first contact, through which potential customers get to know a story about yourself and your business.
Business cards can be printed in single or multi-colour techniques. Formats are very different, although the most recent examples are made in a credit card format, as such a card can be reliably put in a wallet. Regarding the materials, it all depends on the client’s needs and approach. Some swear that all business stationery must be printed on wood-free paper, the second on coated, the third prefer a business card on cardboard with special effects. Also, forms are very diverse and adaptable to the wishes of the client and its designer. Business cards, as well as other products may be laminated with mat or shiny technique.

Envelopes
If a business card represents the first contact, the envelope is surely the next contact with the client. Envelopes are printed in a technique necessary for the faithful transmission of the client’s graphic image (single or multi-coloured technique), formats can range from C6 (16x10.5 cm) to B4 (25x35 cm). For envelopes several different types of paper is available from the traditional to wood-free and weighted from 80 to 110 grams.
Letter paper
Letter paper is normally the most "sustainable" business printed matter. All mail that leaves a company is produced by a printer – from business letters / tenders to the receipts. Especially for receipts "sustainability" is the most appropriate, since we have to keep the receipts as financial / business records for quite a while.
Letter paper is printed in single or multi-coloured techniques, special papers, or normal wood-free or coating paper, weighted from 80 to 115 grams can be used.
Stationary pads (self-copying, memo, advertising)
Stationary pads can be useful printed matter, used for purchase orders, work orders, travel orders or even simply for notes, and also as the simplest business gift. They are printed in single or multi-colour techniques in standard formats A6 to A3. Pads can be glued, stapled, or bound with a spiral.
Folders
The folder is also a useful commercial printed tool, but only if our business requires something to be in them. All the more often it is used as "cover" for our advertising material, folders can also be used to package offers or simply for keeping an orderly systematic documentation. There are many possibilities, so probably the only remaining decisions are the printing technique (single or multi-colour), the format and the form, the type of paper (from coated to wood-free) and for whether to
laminate the folder or not.
