Attachments and flyers
The flyer was one of the first forms of advertising in history. Even Martin Luther used them when he nailed his thesis to the church door. Unlike then, the flyers of today have a much higher circulation than just a single copy.
Today leaflets are used as:
- Advertising attachments in newspapers
- Information notices about new products for distribution via the letterbox
- Special fairs and exhibitions notices of offers
- Technical manuals for products
- Or merely as mass notifications of events in our town.
Lately, instead of a single unfolded sheet, it is more common to use folders, these are more suitable for a wider range of products and services.
Flyers and folders can be printed in almost any format, derived from standard printing sheets. As a rule they are printed on coated paper weighting 90 to 250 grams in single or multi-colour technique. They may be two-sided (unfolded), or multi-sided (folded).
Catalogues
A broader information on services or products can be sent in form of:
- Trade catalogues of material
- Promotional catalogues or
- Information on the products of various production departments
Catalogues are usually printed on coated paper, with 90 to 250 grams, in a multi-colour technique, in notebook binding, in the form of a brochure or secured by a spiral.
Presentation folders
Those companies with variable offers or with seasonally adjusted offers can use folders in which inlay sheets can be added or removed. Each sheet presents a single product/ service or group of products and services. This avoids the cost of totally new production and the ever updated prospectus, the companies can chose any number of folders and any number of individual demonstration pamphlets. The contents of the folders are adjusted to the current needs or the requirements of the
customer.
Presentation folders are an upgrade to traditional advertising leaflets and catalogues at the same time.

Maps
Did it ever cross your mind that a map may be appropriate to promotional material too? Why not, since it is very important that the client (or possibly a tourist) doesn’t get lost on the way to your company. Advertising maps and city-maps are becoming more frequent components of our printing.
Maps are made by a multi-colour printing technique on special paper in the size of B2 or smaller, folded in a convenient format in which the map will always be to hand in the car, the travel-bag or the jacket pocket.
